We have been servicing the lakes area for 10 years, and have established ourselves as a premier cleaning and restoration company throughout Oakland county and southeast Michigan. All Service encompasses three separate divisions, all geared toward improving the quality of life in your home or place of business. All Service Carpet and Upholstery Care is the cleaning and restoration division of All Service. Using IICRC approved truck-mounted steam cleaning, All Service cleans and restores all types and brands of carpeting and upholstery, even difficult fabrics and fibers other cleaning companies won't dare to touch. Our IICRC certified firm status requires us to commit ourselves to a standard of excellence above that of most service companies, and we adhere to that commitment with pride.
All Service Consumer 1 Contractors is the restoration and re-construction division of All Service. This division responds to property damage of all kinds including flood, fire and smoke damage, and will likely be most prevalent to anyone working in the insurance industry. Our emergency response team is available 24 hours a day to ensure that property damages and personal losses are kept to a minimum, something every insurance company is sure to be pleased about. As is the case in almost any property damage situation, the more quickly you respond to the damage, the less damage will be done. All Service Consumer 1 Contractors works closely with insurance agents and adjusters to ensure thorough documentation and remediation of all damages brought to light in the claim. That is part of our commitment to excellence and our dedication to our clients. All Service has ties to many tradesmen also in nearly every field of building construction and renovation, which allows us to complete tasks in a timely fashion, correctly, without a need for outside contracting. This means that All Service is the only company that you, the adjustor, have to consult with in the re-construction of your client's home or business. That is why All Service stands apart from the rest.
All Service 866 TOX MOLD is the microbial inspection and remediation division of All Service. All Service is certified in the field of Health and Safety by both OSHA and the IICRC and also holds both Microbial Remediation Technician and Microbial Remediation Specialist certifications with the IICRC. All Service specialists have remediated literal hundreds of individual mold claims throughout central and southeast Michigan without incident, and have re-established indoor environmental health and peace of mind for numerous families and business owners. Once again, All Service works very closely with the insurance company to provide an accurate and detailed scope of the damage and exactly what is required to remediate that damage according to IICRC approved guidelines. Our focus is to establish a working relationship with both the client and the insurance company to help intermediate the re-construction process.
